摘要
目的研究清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染所致的小儿哮喘临床疗效,为临床提供有效治疗方案。方法选择2010年1月1日-2012年12月31日哮喘患儿100例,将其随机分为观察组55例和对照组45例,观察组给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素配合口服清肺化痰糖浆治疗,对照组仅给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素,两组疗程均为10d,随访两个月。结果治疗总有效率观察组为78.1%,对照组为60.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEFR)、嗜酸性粒细胞、ECP差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后FVC、FEV1、PEFR、嗜酸性粒细胞、ECP差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组FVC、FEV1、嗜酸性粒细胞水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗方案对小儿哮喘均有一定的治疗作用,但应用静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合清肺化痰糖浆治疗效果优于仅用静脉滴注治疗的效果,为肺炎支原体所致的小儿哮喘的治疗提供了一种有效的治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of lung clearing and phlegm eliminating syrup combined with azithromycin on treating asthma caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae in children so as to provide effective clinical treatment regime .METHODS A total of 100 cases of asthma children from Jan 1 ,2010 to Dec 31 ,2012 were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (45 cases);the observation group was given azithromycin through intravenous drip combined with lung clearing and phlegm eliminating syrup for treatment , and the control group were only given azithromycinn through intravenous drip ;the treatment courses of two groups were all 10 days;during the two months follow-up visit .RESULTS The total effective rates of the observation group and control group was 78 .1% and 60 .0% respectively ,and there was significant difference between the total effective rates of the two groups (P〈0 .05);there was significant difference between the FVCs , FEV1s ,PEFRs ,eosnophils and ECPs of the control group before and after treatment ( P〈 0 .05 );there was significant difference between the FVCs ,FEV1s ,PEFRs ,eosnophils and ECPs of the observation group before and after treatment (P〈0 .05);FEV1s ,PEFRs ,eosnophils and ECPs between the observation group and control group (P〈 0 .05) .CONCLUSIONS Both of the treatment regimens have certain therapeutic effects on treating asthma for children ,however ,the therapeutic effect of azithromycin through intravenous drip combined with lung clearing and phlegm eliminating syrup is better than the therapeutic effect of single intravenous drip ,providing an effective therapeutic regime for treating asthma caused by mycoplasma pneumonia to children .
