检验科医院感染的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors causing infections in clinical laboratory

目的研究检验科医院感染发生的危险因素以及预防和控制感染的对策,以预防检验科医院感染的发生。方法回顾性分析检验科2010-2012年医院感染发生的状况,了解检验科医院感染的危险因素并制定预防与控制对策。结果检验科近3年医院感染的发生呈上升趋势,感染率2010年占22.64%、2011年占33.96%、2012年占43.40%;感染人员分布:检验科医务人员、其他科室的工作人员、患者以及检验科的保洁人员,分别占30.19%、15.09%、49.06%、5.66%;检验科感染的主要疾病有甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、戊型肝炎、梅毒及结核病;检验科感染的危险因素主要有管理制度不完善、医护工作人员防护意识差、废弃物处理不当等因素。结论应加强检验科感染的管理、提高医护人员的业务水平、加强工作人员无菌操作意识等,降低检验科感染的发生,维护医护人员及患者的生命安全。

OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors causing infections in clinical laboratory and the relevant countermeasures for preventing and controlling infections , so as to prevent the infection incidence in clinical laboratory .METHODS The infection condition in clinical laboratory from 2010 to 2012 was retrospectively analyzed to learn about the risk factors causing infections in clinical laboratory and establish prevention and control measures .RESULTS The infection rate in clinical laboratory in recent three years presented an upward trend .The infection rates in 2010 ,2011 and 2012 were 22 .64% ,33 .96% and 43 .40% ;infected people included the medical workers in clinical laboratory , workers of other departments , patients and cleaners of clinical laboratory , accounting for 30 .19% ,15 .09% ,49 .06% and 5 .66% respectively ;the dominant infection diseases in clinical laboratory included hepatitis A , hepatitis B , hepatitis C , hepatitis E , syphilis and tuberculosis;imperfect management policy ,poor preventive consciousness of medical workers and inappropriate handling of wastes were those dominant risk factors causing infections in clinical laboratory .CONCLUSIONS It is required to strengthen the infection management in clinical laboratory , improve the business level of medical workers , strengthen the consciousness of sterile procedures of workers , reduce the infection rate and protect the life safety of medical workers and patients .
