摘要
介绍了涟钢2 800m3高炉无料钟炉顶齿轮箱采用的闭路循环水冷系统,并与开路冷却模式的冷却效果、水量消耗、运行成本、管道系统等进行了对比分析,归纳了闭路循环冷却模式的特点及优势。通过热负荷计算,确定了冷却水量及水泵、热交换器等主要设备的参数,提出了闭路循环冷却系统在设计及操作过程中要注意的问题。
The closed circuit water cooling system of gear-box of bell-less top in a blast furnace(2 800 m^3) at Liangang was introduced. Comparative analysis of cooling effect, water consumption, running cost, pipe system and so on was carried out with opened circuit cooling system. The features and advantages of closed circuit cooling system were also discussed. Cooling water consumption and parameters of main equipments such as water pump and heat exchanger etc. were determined by heat load calculation. Some issues which should be paid attention in the design of closed circuit cooling system and operating process were put forward.
