摘要
为维持武钢5号高炉因供氧管道故障而需停氧5天期间炉况稳定,通过疏松边缘装料制度、降低煤比、缩小矿石批重、减少铁次等方式对高炉生产进行了调整。停氧期间,由于采取以上措施,炉况基本保持了稳定顺行,与供氧期相比,高炉日产量平均损失2 000t/d,煤比降低15kg/t,焦比升高20kg/t,利用系数下降0.15t/(m3·d)。
In order to maintain stable operation of No. 5 BF of WISCO during five-daystopping oxygen-supply operation period. The blast furnace operation was adjusted bychanging the charging system to keep a weak peripheral gas flow , decreasing PCI rate,reducing the weight of ore batch , decreasing the number of tapping, etc. The operatingcondition of No. 5 BF was stable and smooth during stopping oxygen-supply periodcompared with that during normal oxygen supplying period. During the period of five-day stopping oxygen-supply, average daily output was decreased 2 000 t/d and PCI ratewas decreased 15 kg/t, As a result, coke rate was increased 20 kg/t and productivitydecreased 0.15 t/(m^3.d).
