超声引导下选择性多胎妊娠减胎术的进展

选择性多胎妊娠减胎术可在超声引导下经宫颈、经阴道及经腹壁三种途径,运用胚芽抽吸、机械绞杀及药物注射的方法完成,但特殊的单绒毛膜双胎不可运用药物注射方法,其主要通过脐带血流阻断来完成,目前双极电凝术及射频消融术被广泛运用,相比之下射频消融被认为是新的、安全和有效的减胎方法。

The procedures of selective fetal reduction in multiple pregnancy is available by ultrasound guidanle through cervical ,vaginal ,and the abdominal wall ,which uses germ suction ,mechanical strangulation and drug injection methods respectively .But ,special monochorionic twins can not be used drug injection method ,which mainly involves in the termi-nation of umbilical cord blood flow block .The bipolar electric coagulation and radiofrequency ablation has been widely used .Comparatively radiofrequency ablation is regarded as a newy ,safe ,and effective reduction method .
