摘要
蓄能脉冲水射流灭火水枪原理是在水枪喷水之前增加了由弹簧和蓄能器共同完成的蓄能过程。当蓄能水压达到设定值时,通过机械式快速开关在极短的时间之内打开喷嘴喷水;当蓄能水压小于设定的最小压力时,开关可以自动关闭继续蓄能,从而保证喷水开始时压力达到1200 kPa,结束时压力不小于450 kPa。水力计算得到的出水速度、流量、射程等水枪灭火参数,验证了蓄能脉冲水射流消防水枪的设计能够在增加射程的同时提高水流的雾化程度,大幅度提高灭火效率。
This paper presents a new type of fire-fighting water gun.The principle is added storage process before the spray.When the pressure reaches the set value ,the mechanical switch will open within a very short of time ,then the gun will spray rapidly.When the water pressure less than the set minimum value ,the switch can automatically close ,the gun will continued storage to increase water pressure.In that way ,it made the pressure when spray between 1200 kPa and 450 kPa.Through hydraulic computation , it can be found that the technical parameter of the gun , like the water speed , flow and range are all improved.At the same time , it also in-creased the fogging degree of the water.This design greatly improved the efficiency of extinguishment.
