摘要
自然保护区存在着生物多样性保护与社区经济发展的冲突,管护变得越来越困难。本文指出了广东连山笔架山省级自然保护区管护面临的困难及问题:法律不完善、投入不足、土地权属不清等;提出以加强保护区的管护,加大投入,明晰权属,建立社区共管机制等建议。
This paper pointed out some problems existed in management of Provincial Nature Reserve ,including the imperfect law , law enforcement,Scientific Adjusting Functional Area,clear land property,inadequate investment,and Establishment of community comanagement mechanism ,strengthening the scientific research measures of raising the level measures of management .
