自主神经功能损害在老年神经退行性疾病中的神经病理改变 被引量：3

摘要 阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病以及运动神经元病等老年神经退行性疾病已受到广泛关注[1]。以往对这些疾病的认知行为异常和运动症状等相关损伤已有较多的文献报道,但对其自主神经系统功能损害,尤其是对应的神经病理学改变报道较少,可能与相关疾病的尸检资料匮乏有关。本综述拟通过系统回顾自主神经功能损害在老年神经退行性疾病中的神经病理学改变,加强神经科医生对这些疾病的自主神经症状的鉴别和重视,提高诊疗水平。
