摘要
目的:确定光动力治疗对尖锐湿疣( CA)人乳头瘤病毒( HPV)的影响。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应( FQ-PCR)检测65例CA患者光动力治疗前、治疗3次后HPV DNA拷贝数。随访3个月观察复发情况,并分析复发与HPV DNA载量的关系。结果:3次治疗后HPV DNA拷贝数(3.10×10^3)较治疗前(5.12×10^6)显著下降(P〈0.05);复发患者(12例)治疗前平均拷贝数(4.62×10^7)高于未复发患者(6.75×10^4)(P〈0.05)。结论:光动力治疗CA能显著降低HPV病毒载量;患者疣体中HPV DNA载量与复发有关。
Objective:To determine the effect of photodynamic therapy on human papilloma virus ( HPV) DNA load in the lesion of condyloma acuminatum ( CA) . Methods:The number of HPV DNA copy in 65 pa-tients with ( CA) were detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( FQ-PCR) before the treatment and after 3 times treatment. The patients were followed-up for relapse after 3 months treat-ment, The correlation between the relapse and the number of HPV DNA copy were analyzed. Results:The av-erage HPV DNA copy number was ( 5. 12 × 10^6 ) before the treatment and the HPV DNA copy number was (3.10×10^3) after the treatment, with a significant difference (P〈0.05). A total of 12 patients were relapsed. The average HPV DNA copy number in the relapsed patients was (4.62×10^7) before the treatment, which was higher than (6.75×10^4) in the non-relapsed patients before the treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Photody-namic therapy can significantly reduce HPV load in the lesion of CA. The recurrence of CA was correlated with the HPV-DNA load before the treatment.
