摘要
患者男,45岁。头皮外生性肿物4年。体检未发现系统性病变。病理诊断为伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生。手术切除后随访4个月未见复发。
A 45-year-old man presented with scalp exogenous nodules for four years. Systemic examination showed no abnormalities. The diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was confirmed by his-topathology. The patient was followed up for 4 months and no relapse was found.
