He came to the Gongkar Chode Monastery after graduating from high school. He is now the youngest monk there. His dream is to get a degree of Geshi, and become a teacher of scriptures, laws, classics, and cultural knowledge, so that he can guide more young monks onto the road of Buddhism, and pray for the people. The Gongkar Chode Monastery, sitting at an altitude of 3598 meters, is an important monastery of the Sakya sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Over 60 monks live and study in this monastery.
