Dermoscopic and confocal microscopic features of Riehl's melanosis

摘要 目的联合运用皮肤镜、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)观察Rieh1黑变病的成像特点,并结合组织病理探讨其间的联系。方法皮肤科门诊收集确诊为Rieh1黑变病患者10例,所有患者用皮肤镜与CLSM共同检测后做组织病理学检查。结果所有Rieh1黑变病的患者经皮肤镜与CLSM检测后的主要特征为:网络状结构,基底层液化变性及色素失禁。结论皮肤镜及CLSM可以作为Rieh1黑变病的无创性辅助诊断技术。 Objective To investigate the dermoscopic and confocal microscopic features of Riehl's melanosis, as well as their association with histopathological findings. Methods Ten patients with a previously established diagnosis of Riehl's melanosis were recruited. The lesions of the patients were observed using dermoscopy and in vivo confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), fallowed by histopathologie analysis. Results On dermoseopy and CLSM, all the lesions showed the following features: pseudonetwork, liquefaction degeneration of the basal cell layer, and incontinence of pigment. Conclusion Both dermoscopy and in vivo CLSM can serve as noninvasive auxiliary diagnostic tools for Riehl's melanosis.
