子宫动脉栓塞治疗人工流产术后动静脉瘘一例

摘要 患者，女，20岁，因“人工流产（人流）后阴道不规则流血3个月，加重10余天”于2013年8月14日入院。患者平素月经尚规则，5／30d，量中，色红，无痛经，末次月经：2013年3月28日，色量正常。5月15日因“早孕”在外院行人流术。术后阴道出血量时多时少，持续反复淋漓不净，一直未予重视。
