摘要
随着医疗技术的提高,结直肠癌病人术后病死率逐渐降低,而其术后感染并发症的发生率却有所增加。作为一种新兴的肠内营养支持方式,肠内生态营养可在一定程度上保护肠道正常黏膜,调节肠道正常菌群,从而减少结直肠癌病人术后感染并发症的发生率。
With the improvement of medical technology,the mortality of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer decreases,while the incidence rate of postoperative infectious complications increases.As a new way of enteral nutrition,enteral ecological nutrition can protect the intestinal mucosa and adjust the normal intestinal flora,thus reducing the postoperative infection complications of colorectal cancer patients,to some extent.
