带缝匠肌髂骨瓣治疗中青年股骨颈骨折

Sartorius ilium flap for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young-and middle-aged patients

目的：探讨空心加压螺钉加带缝匠肌髂骨瓣植入治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：对42例中青年股骨颈骨折患者进行骨折复位空心加压螺钉内固定，带缝匠肌髂骨瓣植骨术。结果：随访1～3年，结果显示术后14-20周骨折均愈合。除1例患者术后2年余出现轻度股骨头缺血性坏死外尚未发现其他坏死病例。结论：空心加压螺钉内固定加带缝匠肌髂骨瓣植骨是治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的良好方法。

Objective：To determine the efficacy o hollow compression screw and sartorius ilium flap grafting in young-and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： Forty-two young-and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fi-actures received the operation with hollow compression screw internal fixation and sartorius ilium flap grafting. Results： After the follow-up period of 1 to 3 years, it was shown that the fracture had healed at weeks 14 to 20 postoperatively. Nil miscellaneous cases of femoral head ischemic necrosis with exception of necrosis at year 2 postoperatively in a single case. Conclusion： Hollow compression screw internal fixation and sartorius ilium flap grafting is an acceptable method for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young-and middle-aged patients.
