射频靶点热凝术联合医用三氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症523例 被引量:2

Efficacy of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with medical ozone intradiscal injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

摘要 目的观察射频靶点热凝术联合医用三氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者523例,在C型臂X线引导下行射频靶点热凝治疗。然后继续进针0.3~0.5cm,X线确认针尖在椎间盘内后,注射42%医用三氧8~10ml。并于术后随访疗效。结果术后7、30、90、180d总有效率分别为84.3%(441/523例)、90.8%(475/523例)、93.1%(487/523例)、96.0%(502/523例)。未见明显并发症。结论射频靶点热凝术联合医用三氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。 Objective To observe the efficacy of radiofrequency target thermoeoagulation combined with medical ozone intradiscal injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Five hundred and twenty-three patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with radiofrequeney target thermocoagulation under C-arm X-ray guidance, and then medical ozone (42%) 8-10 ml was injected into the lumbar disc. The efficacy was followed-up. Results At the 7, 30, 90, 180 d after the treatment, the total efficacy were 84.3% (441/523 cases), 90.8% (475/523 cases), 93.1% (487/523 cases), 96.0% (502/523 cases) respectively. No com- plications were observed. Conclusion Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with medical ozone intradiscal injection is a safe and effective method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
