医用三氧联合利多卡因注射治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of medical ozone combined with lidocaine injection in the treatment of patients with back region myofascitis

目的评价医用三氧联合利多卡因注射治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法腰背肌筋膜炎患者112例，随机分为两组，各56例。治疗组给予医用三氧联合利多卡因痛点注射治疗；对照组给予利多卡因与复方地塞米松棕榈酸酯混合液痛点注射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为92．8％（52／56例），对照组总有效率为94．6％（53／56例），两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论医用三氧联合利多卡因用于腰背肌筋膜炎治疗，疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of medical ozone combined with lidocaine injection in the treatment of patients with back region myofascitis. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with back region myofaseitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 56 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were injected medical ozone and lidocaine into painful points. In control group,lidocaine mixed with dexamethasone palmitate were injected. Results The effective rate was 92.8%（52/56 cases）in the treatment group, while it was 94.6% （53/56 cases）in the control group, which was not significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Medical ozone combined with lidocaine injection is an effective method in the treatment of patients with back region myofascitis.
