摘要
体外冲击波（ESW）是新近应用于治疗慢性软组织疼痛的一种安全有效的非侵袭性手段。本文对ESW的作用机理及其对疼痛科常见慢性软组织疼痛性疾病的治疗进展和应用前景进行综述。
Extracorporeal shock wave （ESW） is a safe, effective and noninvasive therapy, which is widely applied in the treatment of soft tissue pain diseases at present. The mechanisms and clinical applications of ESW in the treatment of soft tissue pain disease were reviewed in this article.
