摘要 疼痛会对患者的呼吸、循环、内分泌及免疫应答等各器官的功能有不同程度的影响。术后疼痛不仅针对成人，小儿也会有同样的反应。本文对小儿术后疼痛的评估及近年镇痛措施的进展进行综述。 Postoperative pain induces a series of pathophysiological changes on respiratory system, cardiovascular, endocrine and immune system responses. Postoperative pain does not only effect on adult, but also on children. The evaluation of postoperation pain and pain management in children were reviewed in this paper
