以PirB为靶点治疗中枢神经再生的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 哺乳动物中枢神经损伤后轴突再生、突触可塑性和神经功能恢复存在障碍的主要原因之一是由于中枢神经系统存在抑制神经再生的抑制因子和抑制因子受体。Nogo、髓磷脂相关蛋白(myelin—associated glycoprotein,MAG)和少突胶质细胞髓磷脂糖蛋白(oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein,OMgp)三种神经抑制因子通过与神经元细胞膜上的Nogo受体(Nogo receptor,NgR)结合,发挥抑制神经生长的作用。
