关节注射联合金骨莲胶囊治疗骶髂关节炎疗效观察

Combined Injection Therapy with Jin Gulian Capsule in treating Sacroiliitis

目的:观察骶髂关节注射联合金骨莲胶囊治疗骶髂关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将74例骶髂关节炎患者随机分为试验组38例和对照组36例;试验组采用骶髂关节注射配合口服金骨莲胶囊治疗,对照组采用骶髂关节注射治疗;1个疗程结束后比较两组疼痛分级指数(PRI)及疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为86.8%,对照组为63.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,试验组疼痛分级指数与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:骶髂关节注射联合金骨莲胶囊是治疗骶髂关节炎有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of sacroiliac joint injection combined with Jin Gulian capsule for the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis. Methods：All 74 cases with sacroiliitis were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 38） and control group （n=36）. The former group was treated with sacroiliac joint injection and Jin Gulian capsule, while the latter group adopted sacroiliac joint injection treatment only. After a course of treatment, the pain rating index （PRI） and curative effect of two groups were compared. Results.. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.8 % and the control group was 63.9 %, the difference between two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The PRI of treatment group before and after treatment were compared with that of control group respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sacroiliac joint injection combined with Jin Gulian capsule is an effective method for the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis.
