From Self-confidence,Conscientiousness to Self-improvement: Cultural Perspective of Chinese Dream of Great Rejuvenation of Chinese Nation

"实现中华民族的伟大复兴是近代以来中国人民最伟大的梦想。"靠什么来凝聚起亿万人民实现梦想的力量,归根结底靠价值取向和共同理念的支撑。本文从回望中国,自信而视;放眼世界,自觉而为;祈望未来,自强而行三个方面展开论述。指出在绵延五千年的文明史中,中华民族对人类文明作出了巨大贡献,于与时俱进中实现超越;在世界面临着"千年未有之大变局"前,中华民族的精英们开启艰难的探索之路,文化的不同造就了发展道路的迥然;建设文化强国,实现中华民族的伟大复兴是历届中央领导集体的孜孜追求,要谱写大国复兴的新范式,就要传承优秀的中国传统文化、涵养核心的价值观、凝聚起共同的理想信念,在广阔的文化视野里牢固树立并实现自信、自觉、自强,走出一条不同寻常的崭新的大国复兴之路。

＂To actualize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation is the greatest dream of Chinese people since modern times＂. Then, how to unify hundred of millions people to participate into this great cause is a key problem. And it only could be supported by common conceptions, values, and orientation. Through looking back of Chinese history, opening eyes to the whole world, and looking forward to the future, this paper states that China has made a tremendous contribution to human civilization in past times. Confronting with a rapidly changing world nowadays, Chinese elites is pioneering to explore and advance. All previous central collective leadership has endeavored to build a great power in culture and to actualize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. To establish a new model is necessarily to inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture, cultivate core values, and firmly establish awareness of self - confidence, conscientiousness, and self- improvement, so as to walk out a wholly new and very unusual way of rejuvenation of China.
