直型静脉留置针在抢救中穿刺带血新方法的应用体会

Application of the new method of using the straight type venous indwelling needle to puncture with blood in the rescue

目的:通过临床试验与统计,探讨直型静脉留置针在临床抢救时合并穿刺带血的新方法,并总结此方法的优越性。方法:把直型静脉留置针与采血针组合连接,并运用于临床,比较其与常规静脉留置针带血方法的实用性。结果:采用组合连接的新方法不仅提高了血标本的质量,且操作更加简单易行。结论:运用组合连接的新方法在临床抢救中进行穿刺带血,不仅保证了血标本的质量,而且操作流程更加快捷简便,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the new method of using straight intravenous catheter to puncture with blood. And summarize the advantages of this method. Methods：Through the straight intravenous catheter connected with lan-cets,compared the practicability with conventional intravenous catheter. Results：The new method is not only improve the quality of blood samples,but also with simple operation. Conclusion：Using the combination to puncture in clinical rescue is not only ensure the quality of blood samples,but make the operation more quicker and simper. It should be widely applied.
