摘要 PDCD4(Programmed cell death 4)是近年来发现的与细胞凋亡相关的新的肿瘤抑制基因,研究发现PDCD4在多种肿瘤中存在缺失或下调,并影响肿瘤细胞的生物学行为。PDCD4是否是肿瘤细胞凋亡的关键因子?能否成为胶质瘤治疗的新的突破点?本文将围绕PDCD4最新研究进展,及其与胶质瘤的凋亡的相关性进行综述。 The novel tumor suppressor gene PDCD4( programmed cell death 4)was found related to cell apoptosis in recent years,the research found that PDCD4 has down-regulation or even deletion in a wide variety of tumor,and af-fect the cell biological characteristics of tumor cells. Whether the PDCD4 could became to the key factor of the tumor cell apoptosis or not?Could it become the new breakthrough of glioma treatment?This article reviewed around the re-cent development of research with PDCD4 and its correlation with apoptosis of glioma.
