波形蛋白在癫痫大鼠心肌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:检测波形蛋白(vimentin,VIM)在癫痫大鼠心肌中的表达,探讨癫痫发作致心肌损伤的特点。方法:通过腹腔注射戊四氮建立癫痫模型,运用组织病理学、免疫组化及Western blot方法检测癫痫大鼠心肌VIM的表达。结果:癫痫各组心肌呈出血、缺血缺氧性改变;随癫痫的病程延长,发作次数增多、发作时间增加,心肌有不同程度的变性坏死,成纤维细胞增生,VIM表达逐渐升高。结论:癫痫发作可引起心肌损伤,促进心肌中VIM表达。 Objective :To detect the expression of vimentin(VIM)in myocardium and to explore the characteristics of myocardial injuries caused by epilepsy. Methods : Models of epileptic rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazol. Expression of VIM in myocardium of epileptic rats was examined by pathologic,immunohistochemistry, and Western blot methods. Results: Hemorrhagic and hypoxic ischemic changes were showed in myocardiums of epileptic groups. With the extended duration of epilepsy, and the increases of frequency and time of seizures, there was a trend of aggravation of myocardial necrosis,fibroblast proliferation, as well as a remarkable up-regulation of VIM. Conclusion : Epilepsy can cause myocardial injury and promote the expression of VIM in myocardium.
