皮瓣移植术治疗严重胸部高压电烧伤疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨严重胸部高压电烧伤的临床特点及皮瓣移植的治疗效果。方法对6例胸部严重高压电烧伤合并肋骨和(或)肺组织烧伤坏死的患者创面采用皮瓣转移与游离皮瓣移植术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 6例患者中有4例患者创面Ⅰ期愈合,1例患者创面因皮瓣部分缺血坏死而行二次植皮手术后Ⅱ期愈合,1例患者因术后2 h病情恶化而死亡。结论皮瓣移植术是治疗严重胸部高压电烧伤创面的有效方法,成功的关键在于皮瓣的设计及手术时机的选择。 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of severe high voltage electric burns on chest and the treatment efficacy of skin flap transplantation. Method Six patients with severe high voltage electric burns on chest com-bined with necrotic burns of rib and ( or) pulmonary tissues were treated with flap transfer and free flap transplantation. The treatment efficacies were observed. Result Four out of six patients achieved primary healing; and secondary healing hap-pened in one patient after the second skin plantation surgery due to ischemia and necrosis of the original skin flap;one died 2 hours after surgery due to deteriorating conditions. Conclusion Skin flap transplantation is an effective means to treat severe high voltage electric burns on chest. The key to success is the design of skin flap and the selection of timing of surgery.
