保留清创后应用MEBT/MEBO治疗手指粉碎性损伤6例体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨治疗手指粉碎性损伤的有效方法,以期最大限度保留手指长度及其功能。方法 6例手指粉碎性损伤患者在全身治疗的同时,局部创面予以保留清创后应用原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)结合红外线局部照射治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 6例患者的23只损伤手指的条索状组织均成活,损伤创面均康复,平均住院时间为14.5 d;半年后随访,手指创面无瘢痕形成,痛、温觉存在,功能良好。结论保留清创后,局部采用MEBT/MEBO结合红外线照射治疗手指粉碎性损伤,方法简便,成功率高,可有效保留手指长度及其功能,是无再植条件的手外伤患者的有效治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore effective means to treat comminuted finger injuries in an effort to maintain the length and function of fingers as most as possible. Method For the six patients with comminuted finger injuries, at the same time of carrying out systemic treatment, MEBT/MEBO combined with infrared irradiation was applied to the local wounds to observe the therapeutic effect after conservative debridement. Result The funicular tissues of 23 injured fingers of the 6 patients all survived and all wounds healed. The average hospitalization time is 14.5 days. In the follow-up visit carried out half a year later, no scars were formed on wounds, the healed fingers had senses of pain and temperature which were at a good level of functionality. Conclusion Local application of MEBT/MEBO combined with infrared irradiation af-ter conservative debridement to treat comminuted finger injuries is easy and convenient, having high success rate and being capable of effectively maintaining the length and functions of fingers. It can serve as an effective means of treatment in pa-tients with finger injuries not eligible for replantation, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
