甘肃农村社区与家庭妇幼保健知识水平 卫生行为及健康需求的调查

Investigation and study on the community and family MCH knowledge level, health action and health requirement in Gansu County

甘肃省妇幼保健院于１９９８年１０月～１２月在甘肃省靖远、民勤、环县、陇西４县开展了社区与家庭妇幼 保健知识水平、卫生行为及健康需求的调查。结果表明，受检者文盲率为２３．８８％、其配偶文盲率为９．３７％、碘盐食用率 为９０．６３％、产前检查率为８８．８９％，其中产前检查≥５次为５４．８５％、住院分娩率为３２．６２％、产后访视率为７７．８８％，其 中产后访视≥３次为２１．８３％、４个月以内纯母乳喂养率为９８．００％、４～６个月婴儿辅食添加率为５０．３０％。同时发现受 检者在ＡＮＩ、ＣＤＤ防治知识方面了解得不全面，对儿童早期教育知识了解得甚少，广大妇女渴望保健知识。通过调查揭 示：两个系统管理是社区妇幼保健工作的重要内容，增强自我保健意识，提高父母亲对孩子早期教育的重视程度，提高服 务利用能力，加大社区健康教育力度，重点在文化水平较低的妇女人群。在当前条件下妇幼保健人员要最大限度地为群 众提供优质便利且经济上可承受的保健服务。

The community and family MCH knowledge level, health action and health requirement were investigated by MCH Hospital of Gansu province in Jingyuan, Minqin, Huanxian and Longxi counties from Oct. to Dec. of 1998. The results showed: illiteracy rate of acceptance object was 23. 88%, partner's illiteracy rate was 9. 37%. Edible salt rate was 90. 63%, the prenatal examination rate was 88. 89% and≥5 times was 54. 85%. The delivery rate at hospital was 32. 62%, visiting rater after birth was 77. 88% and ≥3 times was 21. 83%. Pure breast-feeding rate was 98. 00% within 4 months, assistant food addition rate of infants aged 4--6 months was 50. 30%. And the acceptance object's knowledge of preventive and treatment on ARI and CDD weren't general. The knowledge on children's early education were little, they aspired after the health care knowledge. It suggests that two systemic management works were the important contents of the community MCH work. By strengthening self-health consciousness to improve the parents' attention on the children's early education. By improving the service ability to strengthen the community health education. The women with low culture level were the important points. Under the present condition the MCH staff should provide good and convenient and economical health care service at largest degree.
