摘要
T细胞是适应性免疫应答的重要调控者,对其发育、分化及稳态的调节一直是免疫学领域的研究重点和热点。含有SH2结构的5'肌醇磷酸酶-1(SH2-containing inositol phosphatase-1,SHIP-1)能够水解磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(phosphafidylinositol 3-kinase,Pb3K)信号途径中的关键物质磷脂酰肌醇三磷酸(phosphatidylinositol3,4,5-triphosphate,PIP_3),从而参与T细胞免疫应答。SHIP-1对T细胞发育、分化及免疫稳态发挥重要调控作用,本文就SHIP-1对T细胞的分化和稳态的免疫调控作用及其机制的研究进展作一简要综述。
T Lymphocyte is the key controller of adaptive immunity,and the modulation of T cell development,differentiation and homeostasis is always the research emphasis in the immunology field.SH2-containing inositol phosphatase-1 (SHIP-1) was the inositol 5′-phosphatase contained SH2 structure,which could hydrolyze phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate (PIP3) of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI-3K) signaling pathway and participates in the T cell immunity.Recently,it shows that SHIP-1 plays a critical role in the T cell development,differentiation and homeostasis.This review just summarizes the progresses of immunomodulation and mechanism of SHIP-1 on the T cell differentiation and homeostasis.
