超声引导下前列腺癌激光组织间照射治疗1例 被引量:2

摘要 患者男,64岁,偶然发现血清前列腺特异性抗原(prostate specific antigen, PSA)为14.488 ng/ml,血清前列腺特异性抗原密度(prostate specific antigen density, PSAD)为0.34 ng·ml-1·g-1。经直肠超声示:前列腺形态稍饱满,中叶不突向膀胱。前列腺右侧周缘区低回声,大小约9 mm ×4 mm,形态不规则,边界清。CDFI示右侧周缘区血流信号稍丰富(图1)。
