榆林中心城市区域城乡一体化问题检讨及其空间规划策略研究

Regional Urban-Rural Integration Problem Review of Yulin Central City and Space Planning Research

城乡一体化及其空间规划是缩小城乡差距、塑造城乡可持续发展格局的重要手段。本文首先阐述了榆林中心城市区域城乡一体化的发展现状及空间结构发展特征,通过建立与运用AHP评价指标体系对城乡一体化发展进行定量分析,对存在的问题与成因进行解析。继而借鉴国内外相关理论模式,提出新形势下榆林中心城市区域城乡一体化适宜的空间规划策略,以此推进榆林城乡一体化战略的实施,最终从根本上消灭城乡二元结构、破解城乡区域经济、生态、社会一体化难题。

Abstract： Urban-rural integration and space planning is an important method to shorten the gap between urban and rural places and shape urban-rural sustainable development structure. Firstly, this paper expounds the current situation and the space development features of Yulin central city regional urbanrural integration, conducts quantitative analysis on integration level through establishing AHP assessment indicator system, and analyzes the existing problems and causes. Furthermore, this paper takes example by related theories and modes home and abroad to propose suitable space planning strategies of Yulin central city regional urban-rural integration at new current strives, to implement the strategy of Yulin urban-rural integration, and finally to erase the phenomenon of urban-rural dual structure, and resolve the problem of urban-rural regional economy, ecology and social integration.
