不同穴位疗法对高强度军训士兵自由基代谢的影响 被引量:7

Acupuncture Therapy Postpones the Onset of Exercise-induced Fatigue of Soldiers during Intensive Military Training

摘要 目的:观察不同穴位疗法对高强度军训士兵自由基代谢的影响。方法:120名男性士兵随机分为训练对照组(n=30)、穴位电疗组(n=30)、穴位艾灸组(n=30)和穴位注射组(n=30)。除训练对照组外,其余3个干预组士兵,从高强度军事训练前2周开始分别采用穴位电疗(电疗参数为连续波,频率2 Hz,强度20 mA,30 min/次,1次/天)、穴位艾灸(艾条温和灸,30 min/次,1次/天)和穴位注射(生理盐水,1 ml/穴,1/Qod)3种方法刺激双侧足三里穴,连续2周。分别测试各组训练前和训练第1、5天时5 km跑成绩、血浆乳酸(LA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)浓度。结果:训练第1天和第5天,各干预组5 km跑成绩、SOD活力、SOD/MDA比值均显著优于训练对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),LA含量、MDA浓度均显著低于训练对照组(P<0.01)。训练第5天,穴位电疗组5 km跑成绩显著优于穴位注射组(P<0.01),穴位电疗组与穴位艾灸组SOD活力均显著高于穴位注射组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。四组LA含量、MDA浓度及SOD活力在训练第1天和第5天均显著高于实验前(P<0.01),训练对照组SOD/MDA比值显著低于实验前(P<0.01),各干预组训练前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:针灸疗法能减少高强度军训士兵机体血乳酸堆积,提高抗氧化能力,减少脂质过氧化反应,有效防治运动性疲劳,穴位电疗组疗效略优。 Objective To observe the effect of different types of acupuncture therapy (AC)on the plasma lactic acid (LA), superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)of soldiers during intensive military training in order to explore the mechanisms of AC in resisting exercise-induced fatigue. Methods A total of 120 soldiers were randomly and equally assigned into training control group (C), acupoint electrotherapy group (AE), acupoint moxibustion group (AM)and acupoint injection group (AI). Two weeks before intensive military training, soldiers in groups AE,AM, and AI received acupoint electrotherapy (continuous waves,2 Hz,20 mA,30 min),acupoint moxibustion (mild moxibustion,30 rain)and aeupoint injection(saline lml/aeupoint)respectively,on acupoint Zusanli(ST36)once a day. 5-km running time,LA content,SOD activity and MDA training and at the 1st and 5th day of training. Results concentrations in plasma were observed before 5-km running time,SOD activity in plasma and ratio of SOD/MDA in groups AE,AM,and AI at the 1st and 5th day of training were signifi superior to (P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01),and LA content and MDA concentration in plasma signifi cantly cantly lower (P 〈 0.01)than that in group C. However,the 5-km running time at the 5th day of training in group AE was significantly superior to that in group AI (P 〈 0.01),plasma SOD activity in groups AE and AM were signifi baseline, LA content cantly higher than that in group AI (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Compared with the ,SOD activity and MDA concentration in all groups at the 1st and 5th day of training increased significantly(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ),SOD/MDA in group C decreased significantly(P 〈 0.01),and SOD/MDA in groups AE,AM,and AI remained unchanged (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture therapy,including acupoint electrotherapy,acupoint moxibustion and acupoint injection, especially acupoint electrotherapy effectively postpones the onset of exercise-induced fatigue through reducing accumulation of blood lactic acid,improving antioxidative ability and reducing lipid peroxidation of soldiers during intensive military training.
