料场大型带式输送机驱动与制动装置布置优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对大型料场输送机的运行条件的特殊性,提出了在设计计算中的需进行精确计算输送机各种阻力和对各种可能出现工况进行计算的基本原则。应用DIN22101-2002计算方法对巴西淡水河谷公司料场输送机可能采用的6种驱动、制动和拉紧的布置方案进行比较,确定了最佳的布置方案,给出了设计计算结果。 Aiming at the particular operating conditions of large yard conveyor, the basic principles of calculation were proposed, for belt conveyor resistances in the design calculation and under all kinds of possible conditions. DIN22101 - 2002 calculation method was applied for yard belt conveyor calculation, to compare the six possible layout schemes of drive, brake and tension device. The optimum layout scheme was determined and the results of design calculation were obtained.
