摘要
为降低污水的排放,文章介绍了采用CAST工艺处理榆林市府谷县境内的郭家湾煤矿办公区和生活区的污水,并详细介绍了CAST工艺的工艺流程、工艺原理、主要建构筑物与工艺参数,最后进行了技术分析。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,相比于其他工艺具有污泥膨胀现象少,生物除磷效果显著,运行成本低,耐冲击,负荷能力强等优点,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》和《污水再生利用工程设计规范》要求。
In order to reduce sewage discharge, the paper introduced the sewage treatment with CAST process, in office area and living area of Guojiawan coal mine. The process, principal, parameters of CAST and the buildings and structures were introduced in detail. The operation results show that, treatment effect of the process was stable, with less sludge bulking, higher efficiency of biological phosphorus removal, lower operation cost and stronger resistance to shock loading, meeting the requirement of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" ( GB8978 - 1996 ) and " Design Criterion of Wastewater Recycling Engineering" (GB50335 - 2002).
