摘要
为确保大断面巷道安全快速通过落差超过17m的大断层群,满足矿井正常生产接续要求,大柳塔煤矿针对施工难点,根据断层预测情况确定巷道爬坡位置,采用连采与综掘分巷同掘的施工工艺,同时采取锚网索联合快速支护方法,实现了25.2m2大断面巷道机械化掘进过大断层群(最大落差为17.9m)技术,为大断面巷道机械化掘进过大断层提供了施工经验。
In order to ensure a large cross section roadway safety and rapidly passing through a large fault group with a drop over 17m and to meet the requirements of the mine normal production connection, according to the construction difficulties, a climbing position of the mine roadway was determined based on the prediction of the faults. A construction technology with a continuous mining and a fully mechanized heading was applied and a combined rapid support method with bolt/steel mesh/anchor was applied. A mechanized heading of the mine roadway with a net cross section area of 25.2m^2 rapidly passing through the large fault group with a max drop of 17. 9m was realized and could provide the engineering practices and construction experiences to the mechanized heading of the mine large cross section roadway passing through a large fault.
