摘要
分析了FBD系列矿用隔爆型压入式对旋轴流局部通风机噪声产生机理和原有的降噪措施后,根据对旋轴流风机主要噪声源和噪声频率的特征,在尽可能不改变外形安装尺寸和结构设计的前提下,提出局部通风机降噪方案,经过大量的实验研究,通过在进风口采用侧进风结构设计,改变进风路线,取得了良好的效果,风机进口噪音降低15dB以上。
The paper analyzed the noise occurred mechanism of the FBD series mine flameproof type forced contra - rotating axial local ventilator and the previous noise reduction measures. According to the main noise sources and noise frequency features of the contra -rotating axial local ventilator, on the premise of possible no outer installation size changed and structure design, a new noise reduction plan of the local ventilator was provided. With great experiment studies, a side air income structure design was applied to the air income inlet and the air income route was changed with excellent effect. The noise at the income inlet of the ventilator was reduced below 15dB.
