摘要
本文以1996年以来三种国际权威专业期刊上刊发的论文作为主要素材,对有关校长的研究282篇文献进行了系统梳理和分析。结果发现,对校长专业成长的关注是当前校长研究的突出特点。从国际范围来看,当前的校长专业成长体现出如下特征:不再囿于学校的管理性议题,而是注重校长多方面素质的养成;基于学校领导力的实践特性,注重校长实践智慧的获取;由被动的"培训"模式步入主动的"发展"模式,注重校长专业成长的自主性。
Based on the publications in the three professional journals from 1996-2011, this study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the papers concerning school principals 282 totally. It is demonstrated that school leadership development are attached much importance to. The current school leadership development system lays its emphasis on multiple qualities of school principals, rather than is limited to school management affairs. The system adopts various methods including case study, problem-based learning, and collegial learning to improve its effectiveness. The system is flexible in catering for school principals needs.
