摘要
我国经济快速发展的同时,村镇地区新老建筑物的更替频率逐步加大,导致了大量废弃粘土砖等建筑垃圾的产生。建筑废弃物的处理需要占用大量的土地资源,同时还造成了村镇地区环境再污染等一系列的环境问题。而将废弃粘土砖用于制备再生粗骨料混凝土,不但可以有效地消解建筑废弃物,减少原生粗骨料的消耗,降低建筑物的建造成本,同时又以循环再利用的方式解决了建筑垃圾带来的一系列环境问题,即既符合"绿色建筑"的理念,又符合建筑业可持续发展的战略目标。首先通过试验,研究了再生粗骨料级配以及水灰比对废砖再生粗骨料自密实混凝土强度的影响,并通过试验验,证了再生粗骨料自密实混凝土应用的可行性。
With rapid economic development in China, the frequency of that new buildings replace old buildings in-creases gradually in rural areas, which inevitably results in the emergence of a large amount of waste clay brick.The processing of construction waste takes up a lot of land resources and worsens the existing rural environmentalpollution situation, using waste clay brick to prepare recycled coarse aggregate concrete not only can effectivelyeliminate construction waste and reduce the consumption of original coarse aggregate and thus the cost of buildings,but also solves a series of environmental problems--it conforms to the concept of "green building" and stands forthe strategic objectives of sustainable development. This paper researches on the influence of recycled coarse aggre-gate gradation and water cement ratio on the strength of recycled concrete at first, then experimentally verifies theapplication feasibility of recycled coarse aggregate self - compacting concrete.
