摘要
基于圆钢管约束灌浆料抗局部冲切试验研究,分析了约束作用下灌浆料抗冲切承载力及破坏形态的影响因素及程度。主要考察因素有灌浆料强度、冲切角、弹簧环、圆钢管高度及壁厚等因素。结果表明,冲切角和钢管高径比对抗冲切承载力及破坏形态影响显著,弹簧环数量对提高承载力影响较小,通过分析为高强灌浆料的推广应用及承载力验算提供理论参考。
Based on the experimental studies on the local punching-bearing behavior of grout filler confined by circular steel tube, the influence factors of the local punching capacity and failure mode were analyzed. The main explored parameters include grout filler strength, punching angle, spring ring, and height and wall thickness of thesteel tube. The results show that the punching angle and ratios of height to diameter of the steel tube have remarka-ble influence on the local punching-bearing behavior and failure mode of grout filler confined by circular steel tube,the numbers of spring ring has little effect on the enhancement of punching bearing performance, and the conclusioncan provide a theoretical references to popularization and bearing capacity check of grout filler.
