竖向荷载作用下钢管混凝土柱双向RC楼盖整体性能

摘要 通过钢管混凝土柱双向RC楼盖的竖向荷载试验,研究了其整体力学性能,包括弯矩分布规律、挠度变化规律及破坏形态等性能。将美国直接设计法、中国经验系数法、有限元分析结果与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,直接设计法和经验系数法均可用于周边固支双向楼盖的设计与配筋,但弯矩系数需调整,周边现浇剪力墙体可以使楼盖整体承载力显著提高。楼盖挠度变化与区格形状、楼盖厚度及跨度等因素有关。建议在规定限制范围内,适当增加板厚,同时可采用钢管混凝土柱基础和剪力墙基础一体化施工,以提高结构整体刚度。 To study the overall mechanical properties of bidirectional RC slab with concrete filled steel tubular col-umn, tests on one specimen with 1/2 scale model under vertical load were conducted, the moment distribution, varia-tion of deflection and failure mode were analyzed. The calculation results from the direct design method (DDM) , em-pirical coefficient method (ECM)and finite element method were compared with the experimental results. The re-suits show that the DDM and ECM can be used to design bidirectional RC slab with fixed side support, but the mo-ment coefficients need to adjust. The peripheral cast-in-place shear wall can improve bearing capacity of the slab,the variation of deflection is related to cell shape, slab thickness and span. Increasing the thickness of plate properlyand integrated construction of concrete filled steel tubular conumn and shear wall are proposed to improve the over-all stiffiness within the prescibed limits.
