摘要 目的:对不同种类柴胡的挥发油含量和组成进行分析比较,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法:利用药典方法提取柴胡的挥发油,比较不同柴胡挥发油含量的区别,利用GC-MS鉴定挥发油成分,并使用代谢组学技术寻找不同柴胡挥发油的差异代谢物。结果:北柴胡与红柴胡不仅在挥发油含量上差别很大,组成上也有很大差别,而北柴胡与三岛柴胡和黑柴胡仅在挥发油含量上有区别,成分差异不大。结论:不同的柴胡的挥发油存在明显差异,是否在临床用药中区别使用值得进一步研究。 Objective: To compare the chemical components and the oil yields of essential oil from different Radix Bupleuri, and to provide the basis for the clinical medication safety. Method: The essential oils were extracted according to the procedures described in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Edition 2010) , and the oil yields were compared. GC-MS coupled with the multivariate analysis was used to analyze and identify the differential metabolites in the volatile oil among different Radix Bupleuri. Result: For Bupleurum chinense and B. scorzonerifolium, not only the volatile oil yields, but also the chemical composition varied greatly. However, the difference between the B. chinense, B. falcatum and B. smithii, only existed in the oil yields. Conclusion: The volatile oils of different Radix Bupleuri varied greatly, and whether they should be used differently in clinic should be further studied.
