摘要
本文综述了近年来气相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用(GC-AFS)、高效液相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用(HPLC-AFS)技术的应用,并展望了其发展前景。引用文献44篇。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry coupled with chromatography has separation and quantitative detection capability simultaneously, and therefore is suitable for speciation analysis. In this paper, recent development of gas chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(GC-AFS) and liquid chromatography- atomic fluorescence spectrometry(LC-AFS) in elemental speciation analysis is reviewed,and the future trend of these hyphenated techniques is prospected.
