摘要:介绍了适用于航空板翅式换热器真空钎焊的材料,采用6951+4004包覆合金钎料板和6951铝合金箔为翅片的芯体结构进行真空钎焊,通过焊后热处理对换热器芯体进行了强化。结果表明,在钎焊温度598℃-602℃保温时间8min情况下,可以得到高质量的芯体钎焊缝;经530℃固溶处理和160℃ 18h时效强化后,该板翅式芯体的疲劳寿命较以3003为基材的芯体的大幅增加。
The research was conducted on the core of the material applied to vacuum bra- zing of the aeronautic plate-fin heat exchanger. The cores of the fins were made from the bra- zing sheet of 6951 + 4004 cladding alloy and 6951 aluminum foil. And the core was strength- ened by heat treatment after welding. The results show that the brazing weld of high quality can be obtained when brazing temperature is 598℃ -602℃ and holding time is 8 min. After solution treatment at 530℃ and aging strengthening at 160℃ for 18 h,the fatigue life of the core is greatly increased compared with the one that is made from 3003 aluminum alloy.
