皖南地区红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:考察皖南红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺。方法:先以单因素进行因素考察,在此基础上,以Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究提取时间,料液比和超声波功率对红豆杉枝叶总黄酮含量的影响,建立影响因素与响应值之间的数学模型。结果:通过响应面设计优化的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间75.58 min,料液比1∶30.87,超声功率152.95 W。结论:本试验工艺参数稳定可靠,为工业生产提供了理论基础。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the technology of extraction of total flavones from Taxus wallichiana var. mairei in Southern Anhui in China. METHODS By using single-factor method and Box-Behnken design and its response surface analysis, the main factors (extraction time, power of ultrasonic wave, and the ratio between solvent and material) affecting the extrac- tion rate of total flavones from the leaves and branches of Taxus wallichiana var. mairei were studied, and the mathematical model between the response value and factors was established. RESULTS The optimal craft was as follows: 30. 87 times of water,extracting 75.58 min by 152.95 W power of ultrasonic wave. CONCLUSION The optimized design and results provided the theoretical foundation for production process.
