摘要
目的 :研究烤瓷次数对钴铬合金表面氧化膜形成的影响。方法 :采用 EPMA方法中的定点分析方法 ,从合金试片的横截面的边缘向内检测氧原子的原子数百分比 ,并观察氧化膜与基体的结合情况。结果 :随着烤瓷次数的增加 ,合金表面的氧化膜厚度不变 ,但氧化物成分增多 ,部分区域的氧化膜出现破裂现象。结论 :在所有烤瓷程序结束后 ,应将钴铬合金支架进行彻底打磨、抛光。
Objective:To investigate the effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer formed on cobalt-chromium alloy surface.Methods:Fixed spot analysis of EPMA methods was adopted to measure the oxygen atomic percentage inward from the edge of cross-section interface of alloy pieces.The adherent state of oxide layer on the surface of substrate alloy was observed.Results:The oxide layer on the surface of alloy had stable thickness and contained more and more oxide as porcelain firing times increased.In some area,oxide layer fractured from the substrate metal.Conclusion:Cobalt-chromium alloy frame should be abrased and polished thoroughly after porcelain bake cycles. [
