摘要
为验证某型号变流柜机箱设计的合理性,结合机箱实际结构,使用软件Workbench,建立了变流柜机箱有限元模型。依据标准对变流柜机箱分别进行了冲击强度性能分析、模态分析和随机振动分析,分析结果表明机箱性能满足设计要求。
In order to verify the reasonability of the design of a certain mode of converter cabinet,in combination of the actual structure of the cabinet,the software Workbench is used to establish the finite element model of the converter cabinet.The impact strength performance analysis,the modal analysis and random vibration analysis are made respectively for the converter cabinet according to standards.Theanalysis results show that the performance of the cabinet can meet the design requirements.
