Major Achievements in the 2009—2011 Archaeological Work on the Chengyang City-site in Xinyang City,Henan

2009—2011年，河南省文物考古研究所对信阳市城阳城遗址进行了系统的考古工作，基本搞清了城址范围、城内布局以及部分城墙的年代，为城址的深入研究和保护提供了考古学依据。

In 2009 ：-2011, Chengyangcheng site of Xinyang city have been unearthed by Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology of Henan Province. Range and layout of the site, and the date of part of the city wall have been found out. The systematic archaeologi- cal work would provide archaeological basis on researching and protecting the Chengyangeheng site.
