中国主要金融机构对矿业上市公司关系的影响:基于复杂网络视角

Effects from Chinese main financial institutions on the relations among listed mining companies:from perspective of complex networks

本文从我国矿业上市公司股权融资中的主要金融机构为着手点来分析我国主要金融机构对矿业上市公司之间的关系影响问题。研究以共享金融机构为媒介,构建上市矿业企业关系的网络模型,对该网络进行了中心性统计分析和聚集系数的计算。研究结果给出矿业上市公司在网络中地位的评价,同时还可以帮助矿业企业了解整体情况,有效地促进矿业企业的改进与发展。

This paper intends to analyze the effects on relations of Chinese listed mining companies from Chinese financial institutions as their financing equities .With listed mining companies as nodes ,and the mutual financial institutions as edges ,a complex network model is made to calculate relevant centralities and clustering coefficient of the whole network .The results of the study show central status individual listed mining company in the whole network ,helping mining enterprises know the whole structure so as to improve and develop their listed companies effectively .
