我国矿业城市的分布特征与发展态势分析

Analysis of the distribution characteristics and development trend of mining cities

为了从经济、环境等角度综合研究矿业城市的发展态势,找出其与国家优化目标的差距,本文结合相关规划资料,研究了矿业城市类型、空间的分布特征,并通过对比分析法和泰尔指数对矿业城市发展态势进行进一步研究。结果表明近1/4的矿业城市进入衰退期;西部地区矿业城市最多,且大多数成长型矿业城市分布在该地区。目前超过一半的矿业城市经济发展低于全国平均水平,同时部分矿业城市还存在经济发展差距继续扩大、环境污染严重、矿业发展与城市功能定位不一致、产业布局与区域资源承载力不相符等问题,其发展态势与国家优化目标存在较大差距。

In order to research the trend of the mining cities ,the gap between it and the country’s optimal goal from the aspects of economic and environmental ,this paper researches the type ,spatial distribution characteristics of mining cities by collating the data of related planning ,and then use the method of comparative analysis and the Theil index to further research the development trend .The results shows that the recession of the mining cities accounted for a quarter ;the western region has the largest number of mining cities and the most of the growth of mining citied distribution in this region .It also shows the problems that more than half of the mining cities’ economic development are lower than the national average and some of their economic development gap are widening .There are still serious environmental pollution , mismatching of industrial layout and the carry capacity of regional resources and other problems in some mining cities .As can be seen from the above ,there is a big gap between the develop trend of mining cities and the county’s optimal goal .
