摘要
分析对虾各项物理参数之间的关系,建立体厚和质量间的回归方程。对比国内外不同形式的分级设备,探讨双辊式对虾分级设备的可行性及优越性,设计并试制以对虾体厚为依据的分级试验机,通过试验分析分级过程中调整试验机的各项参数对分级效果的影响。对试验装置的分级效率与分级精度进行正交试验与数据分析,确定了较优的参数组合,当分级辊直径为120mm,分级辊转速为70r/min,分级辊倾角为25°时,试验机的分级效率与分级精度均较高。
The relationships between the physical parameters of shrimp were analyzed and the regression equations between the thickness and weight were established. By comparing different forms of grading equipment at home and abroad and discussing the feasibility and superiority of double roller shrimp grading equipment, a grading machine was designed and manufactured based on the prawn body thickness. The effects of the machine were analyzed by adjusting the parameters in the process of classification. By the orthogonal experi ment and data analysis to the classification efficiency and classifying precision of test apparatus, the optimal parameter combination was determined. When the grading roller diameter was 120 ram, the speed was 70 r/min, the angle was 25°, both of the classification efficiency and classification rates were better.
